I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. Being a “Southern gal” at heart, I am picky about hot wings, fried chicken, and the tricks to making the best Mac n’ Cheese. I am unapologetically an Atlanta-native who knows how to say “y’all” properly and “football” with a heavy drawl vowel.

I moved to New York City in 2018 and never looked back. And yes, I survived through the up’s and down’s of the city — including the COVID-19 lockdown. A lot has changed since but the city is always moving forward with people, stories, and cultures.

I use this website to share my stories of living in the city as a 30-something-year-old, working woman.
